Unless you are purchasing a remanufactured product, the product you purchase contains components that are new or equivalent to new in accordance with industry standards.

5. Taxes

 A 7% FL sales tax will be charged for items bought by any individual or company residing the state of Florida, or when the ship-to address is located in the state of Florida. In these cases we will also charge any applicable county or city taxes. If the purchaser presents a properly filled Florida Tax Exempt Form they will not be charged taxes.

Individuals or companies located outside the state of Florida that have an out-of-state ship-to address, will not be charged taxes.

6. SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Charges/Taxes/Delivery Separate charges for shipping and handling will be shown on Technopack Corporation's invoice(s). You are responsible for all applicable sales and other taxes associated with the order. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on Technopack Corporation's invoice. Technopack Corporation will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of God.

Your order is shipped from Technopack Corporations location.

A handling fee will be added to shipping charges.

ITEM PREPARATION AND DEPARTURE:

1. No products will be shipped during weekends.
2. Check departure specifications on the product info section to ascertain when your product will be available for departure.
3. All Standard and expedited shipping options will begin only after item is available for departure and is pocked up by the shipper.


 All changes of delivery address that are different to the address provided by you.

Details must be notified prior to dispatch. Please ensure these details are correct prior to making your purchase.

Most items are sent via Unite Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) Buyers who choose this courier and supply us with their email address will benefit from automatic shipping notice and tracking number. If you are not available during the time of delivery, it is your full responsibility to contact the courier. A consignment note will be left, and you may arrange an alternative delivery schedule with the courier. Items that are returned to us because of non-delivery will incur an additional delivery fee.

Title/Risk of Loss

Title to products and risk of loss passes from Technopack Corporation to you upon delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS We offer a 14 day money-back warranty. Item must be returned in original box, including crating. All materials - including manuals, spare parts, and tools- must be returned with machine. Buyer will cover all shipping and handling costs incurred to return item to our offices in Miami FL, including import tariffs and nationalization costs if applicable. Items are to be returned in the same (new) condition. Before sending back your item please, contact us for a return reference number. RUSH SHIPMENTS and INSIDE DELIVERY

Please request Fed Ex, UPS Air; Next Day, 2nd or 3rd Day, or Freight Collect. We will promptly take care of your needs. If inside delivery is necessary, please specify when placing your order. Our Carriers may charge for this when using a truck line.

Exports

The import/export procedure is typically simple and straight forward. We do want to call your attention to the following: If you reside outside the United States or intend to send an item outside this country, note that nations often charge import tariffs or nationalization fees. Additionally, the currier or shipper may charge a small service fee for nationalization paper work. Technopack Corporation does not cover any of these costs. You, the buyer, will be liable and responsible for all import tariffs and/or charges incurred due to the importation of an item.
